Refund policy

At Fashion Roots, we want you to love every item you receive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

For customers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery. To submit a return request or exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please use our customer account portal at https://account.fashionroots.ca.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments with removed hygiene liners

  • Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to our customer account portal at https://account.fashionroots.ca using the email address associated with your order.

  2. Follow the steps in your account to submit your return request.

  3. If your return request is approved, you will receive further return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without an approved return request, as it may not be eligible for a refund.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected due to not meeting the conditions above, the item may be sent back to you at your own cost.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect:

  • Contact info@iamfashion.ca [North America] or info@iamfashion.sk [Europe] within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
