We ship across Canada and select international destinations. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping providers or customs are not the responsibility of Fashionroots.ca.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
