2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
During peak times (sales, new launches, or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our facility. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
5. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Fashionroots.ca is not liable for any customs delays or charges once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay import duties:

You may be charged for return shipping and re-delivery.

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

If you order a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product description. Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately or together depending on availability.
